19年了嗎? 真是歲月催人老啊~~~

新的一年又來臨
祝各位GM們2016年新年快樂、全家平安:)

恭喜Killers再度奪得冠軍，雖然我整個下半季無力關心球隊，但也看到Killers與其他GM們的精彩表現！恭喜大家！

另 外雖然很遺憾，要和大家抱歉的是這一兩年我發現真的沒有心力繼續維持球隊了，雖然是可以選個球隊然後放著，但這樣我覺得對認真玩的大家也不是很尊重。下個 球季開始我希望停止惡夢隊的隊伍與營運，請大家可以的話再找有熱情的GM加入。計分系統、留言板等我都會繼續提供環境，和大家這十幾年來玩Fantasy Baseball的樂趣我謹記於心，感謝各位。

感謝Griffey幫我說出心聲，co-GM的好文筆我實在忘塵莫及。
當然最要感謝的是和我們共度球季的各位GM，因為有大家的共同參與，我們的冠軍更顯得得之不易。
最後要謝謝wb整季無怨無悔的付出時間和精力，即使偶爾睡著也ok的啦。

2015冠軍感言

從開季前不得不忍痛買斷整季報銷的Darvish，到最後險勝奪 冠的結果，2015的Killers可說是意外和驚喜的集合。最後的結果儘管是贏了4分，但仔細看好幾項都只有極些微的領先，實際上完完全全是險勝。這要 歸因於今年本聯盟各隊的實力比較平均，好幾隊互相牽制分數，讓killers在陣容並不豪華的情況下，能夠殺出重圍。回顧本季整體的投手和打擊，以及幾位 重要球員的表現，以紀錄這令人難忘的一季。

投手：原本寄望Davish加Kluber雙王牌的組合，配合幾隻旭日東昇的投手，可以在投手 項目十拿九穩，卻在一個掛點，一個屢屢得不到run support的情況下，一下子變得黯淡不明。還好Archer神勇無比的上半季，McHugh倒吃甘蔗的下半季，Quintana低調樸實的貢獻，撐起 了競爭力。球季中後段加入roster的Erasmo Ramirez、Dickey和Duffey，好幾場令人驚喜的表現，則提供了爭冠有利的條件。


打 擊：選秀結果怎麼看都是一隻快腿部隊，卻在開季後一個個都去裹小腳。倒是本來不怎麼看好的火力，預算拮据不得不押寶洋基老將A-Rod和 Teixeira，結果是便宜又大碗。再加上KC的Hosmer和Moustakas更勝以往的成績，每天最期待的就是打開KC和NYY的 boxscores。他們好，Killers就好。Brantley和Gattis則如預期地充分發揮他們的強項。只能說這幾位若有一個沒有表現到這麼理 想，我們很可能早就無法維持在領先群。季中的補強以加強盜壘和打擊率為策略，儘管交易來Ellsbury讓人感覺白忙一場，7/31的新同學Revere 雖然一開始猶豫了些，後來也和Endrus一起趕進度，盜壘成了季末最意外穩定的項目。

最佳draft：Moustakas。曾經是備受期待的新秀，但前兩年的他的確是平凡無奇。希望今年不只是break out，更是登上顛峰狀態的起點。
最佳faab：Erasmo Ramirez。成績說明了一切。期待明年他成為更持久的男人。
最大遺珠：Tolleson。唉！
最佳投手：Kluber。沒有去年的亮眼，但是勝投以外的各項分數還算是中流砥柱，尤其最後一場更為關鍵。其實也是想要低調標回某人，所以這個項目給了他。
最佳RP：O'day。季末幸運接了幾場closer，守住本隊SV的基本分。離隊的Robertson原本更應該得到肯定，但因為互換的Ellsbury打混太嚴重，影響GM的印象分數。
最佳打者：Brantley。本季最令人放心的打者，如果沒有幾場受傷，他會更棒的。獲選的另一原因是，想要低調標回某人。
東山再起：Teixeira。以2/3的場數來看，已算是怪物級的表現。但願不是曇花一現。
最佳新人：Duffey。在最後階段竟成了本隊最穩定的勝投來源。今年陸續用過不少新人，但看起來最可能明年繼續並肩作戰的，只有他了。
MVP：某位將成FA的CO。實在不好選，好希望有Trout或Donaldson可以選...雖然他在全聯盟裡面談不上可以競爭MVP，但紮實的成績確實是killers今年的隊型中最有貢獻而且有始有終的。
終身成就：A-Rod。不解釋。去年歡送Jeter，期待A-Rod也在killers陣中退休。季賽打好就好了，反正這裡沒有季後賽，GM不會計較你的大賽表現。

各位GM
我們全家要去美國督軍一年, 明天凌晨就要出發了, 斧頭隊的管理交易等等事宜就全部委託小管處理, 等到我在那邊生活穩定之後, 再和小管一起管理

2. 你要再次強調的「請尊重GM」的判決，讓我看得一頭霧水，是要我尊重我自己的判決? 若我理解沒錯，包括你 我 ken 等人都是各隊GM，白熊在這裡的角色叫做commissioner，主席。 請搞清楚。
3. 我很同意主席有裁量權，但是要清楚公告發生啥事，爭議在哪，兩方有啥看法，主席怎裁決，不是一聲不響。發生爭議了，應該是去想怎樣補強並留下明文規定以防 下次類似狀況發生，但在我當天反應後，主席可能較忙，並沒有清楚的公告大家發生啥事或是要put this on hold再研究後裁決，反而是你丟來一堆訊息，I am not supposed to receive this @#%$%!
4. 另外 你扯選秀誰option，以我的例子，有哪GM或我自己有這樣的claim，我都會check MLB.com才放行，你沒這麼做不代表別人不這麼做 了解?
5. 你說不要扯東扯西結果扯上次投標金透支的是誰? 你說” 如果真的按照規則走，那周的標單應該要算廢標，不但標不到任何人，廢標的處理也該依照慣例沒收金額” 很好請告訴我，網頁理規則哪一條寫要沒收金額? 請舉出來我們照規則走我雙手贊成! 哪一條請舉出來!
如 果沒有，就像我當天所做的，我就是等主席裁決，我也沒多說啥，他裁決啥我接受啥。我可沒跑出來扯東扯西。這東西可以主席裁決就算了，他當天也有公告發生競 標金額透支，他裁決結果怎樣處理，但Urshela的案例是啥公告啥程序都沒有，如果這樣放行，我們並不會因此得到教訓或補強我們的法規，我想argue 的就只有這點。
6. 你真要扯廢標怎處理，很好，可以立下規則大家可以遵循，之前的精神通常是，標到別人的球員或是被option的球員，精神上就是你標錯人了廢標並逞罰沒收 罰金。錢不夠，精神上是你根本搞錯你還有多少錢，這個claim不成立，我印象中沒人因此被罰錢，有的話請舉例，請舉證你說的慣例在哪個球員發生。
7. 這種你說的” 寬鬆的處理方式”就是就是主席裁決就算了(不過也建議留在規則以後可以依循)，也不是第一次，像選秀當天，白熊競標Rua連位置都沒有也跟我競標，如果非”寬鬆的處理方式”是要罰他那位置不能標人?
8. 請回歸事情本質，這個人就是6/8並沒被callup，人可能被通知或帶上來，但是行政流程上當天沒比賽也可能要多凹他一天年資，所以並沒有行政上登錄，只要沒這正式登錄，照理說不能標，你扯東扯西就嫌多餘。暨然主席裁決往後依照mlb.com，我很樂意接受。

由於大家工作都十分繁忙, 我想這次的事宜就以Commish的裁量權進行裁決, 若大家對於Commish的裁決有異議也歡迎
大家踴躍提出, 若在周日前有超過3位GM提出異議, 我將會在下周一FAAB開標之前, 詢問各位GM的意見, 再以過半數GM
的共識進行修正, 若無, 則以今日公告的裁決執行. 在之前的相關案例, 我們聯盟的認定確實是以提出球員Transaction
的新聞來源來認定該球員的Status, 並無明定以MLB Transaction為準, 也都有以Rotoworld/Rotowire/Yahoo/ESPN等
網站作為來源依據的案例. 但之前的案例或許也沒有如這次Rotoworld與MLB時間差距到一天的狀況. 當天我認可
Giovanny Urshela可競標的狀況也是由Rotoworld的消息"Indians recalled 3B Giovanny Urshela from Triple-A Columbus"
來認定. 根據以往的案例, Commish的裁決為: Hungry Lambs此次競標Giovanny Urshela為有效競標, 但為了避免以後
有類似相關爭議, 從下週一(6/15)的FAAB開始, 皆以MLB網站的Transaction為球員activate與否的唯一參考依據. 感謝

我本來以為把問題的爭議與焦點釐清了，就可以止戰，可以交給GM仲裁就好了，沒想到還要窮追不捨。

接下來的回應，已經不在於原本案例的爭議，是其他的議題。既然你提出rotowire要做為佐證，我就提出兩個說法：

1.rotowire 6/9更新相關新聞沒錯，不過它這則新聞發布的12小時之前，已經在CLE的「Depth Charts」資訊中，更新加入G. Urshela和Zach Walters，因為rotowire並沒有各隊「active rosters」的欄位，但是「Depth Charts」是以各隊的active rosters所安排的，所以我姑且把它視為rotowire的active rosters。「Depth Charts」在6/8都更動了，新聞6/9才出來，誰知道rotowire為什麼隔一天才發布新聞。你提rotowire只是再次證明它也比 mlb.com先行反應這次G. Urshela和Zach Walters call up的資訊。

2.為什麼之前不提rotowire做為我提供給GM的證據之一，主要因為這個是付費網站，並非所有人都能使用，因此不具備公開性與公平性。

3. 如果你一直要扯以mlb.com為唯一依據，那我們就回到選秀時，當時mlb.com的roster list是選秀時的依據，「但經常選到一半，當提出某人時，就會有人說rotoworld或其他資訊來源寫說他剛剛被option了，已經不能選了」，通 常mlb.com還不一定會有相關資訊，難道這時候我們還堅持他還在mlb.com的list，還可以選嗎？真正的實務狀況，某人通常就失去選秀資格，也 就不能選了。難道這時候你還會吵說官方沒公佈，所以不能不選？

既然有最新的資訊，且證明來源的公正性或正當性，當然就會選擇這項資訊，選秀時就是這樣。

回 到這次案例的爭議，我再次強調，「請尊重GM」的判決，好幾次FAAB有爭議，都是交由GM進行裁決或後續討論，以解決爭議。就連上次over投標金額透 支，如果真的按照規則走，那周的標單應該要算廢標，不但標不到任何人，廢標的處理也該依照慣例沒收金額，但GM選擇寬鬆的處理方式，我們也只能尊重GM。

「請尊重GM」，另外也不要使用「私相授受」這種藐視污辱的言詞，如果沒有證據，用這種說法隱射他人行為或關係，是很傷害人的。

以上，如果要繼續討論，要嗎就回歸爭議的焦點，afae提出證明Urshela已被call up的資訊來源是否具備足夠的可信度；又或者要討論未來要限縮哪些網站做為資訊來源，皆可，但請不要混淆在一起。

Fantasy Analysis
With Lonnie Chisenhall recently demoted to Triple-A Columbus, the 23-year-old Urshela is expected to get most of the playing time at third base, though Zach Walters could also draw some starts. Urshela owns a .275/.301/.475 slash line through 21 games for Triple-A Columbus this season, after posting a .276/.331/.473 line at the same level last year. Just keep in mind that Chisenhall could be called back up, possibly even before the end of June.

如 果你要質疑，就請質疑這些資訊來源的錯誤或不正當性，如同你一開始質疑rotoworld是小道消息彙整，以及一堆似是而非、混淆視聽的例子。因此我提出 反駁。至於rotoworld、ESPN等媒體的公信力，大家可以討論確認是否足夠，不足夠當然就廢標，這跟MLB.com有沒有資料是兩碼子事。

FAAB 從來就沒有明訂以MLB.com rosters名單為主，過去有爭議，也是找MLB.com、rotoworld、espn等資訊來源確認。如果未來要確認以哪些媒體的資訊為主要來源， 舉雙手同意，但不是這次案例的主要爭議，所以不要再另闢戰場，迴避原本案例的爭議性。

而rotoworld也有不少沒有標示來源的新聞，這代表這個媒體需要全權為他的報導負責，我想這類的新聞，恐怕還要具備更大的公信力。

Lynn的消息，代表是記者自己的發言，VV的消息是參考另一個媒體，而其他沒有來源的新聞，就是這個媒體(rotoworld)自己發的新聞，這也代表他本身確定這個新聞來源是正確的。

可以再review，通常rotoworld沒有新聞來源的資訊，通常都是很明確的資訊，如賽後報導、官方新聞，或是DL option callup等資訊。

首先，over你的說法已經張冠李戴又過度解釋。

1.Vince Velasquez 有本日call up嗎？不知道你的資訊來源從哪裡來？如果是某記者的小道消息，那沒有經過正式媒體的認證與發布，那就只是rumor，如果是rotoworld的這則消息：
"MLB.com's Brian McTaggart reports that the Astros are calling up top pitching prospect Vincent Velasquez."

這只說明了某記者說太空人將要call up，並非已經call up，所以你的舉例是張冠李戴，而且以這樣的案例，也證明Vincent Velasquez在今天開標之前，並沒有被call up。

2.至於Giovanny Urshela被call up的消息，是開標前rotoworld公布的：
"Indians recalled 3B Giovanny Urshela from Triple-A Columbus."
這樣的寫法，很明確是已經被call up了。

3. 你用「twitter某記者得到內線」，這和rotoworld相比，根本是兩碼子事情，rotoworld作為一個棒球網站與媒體，有他的專業和使用者 的認可，恐怕也是很多棒球迷所使用的專業棒球網站，這和小道消息差太多了，我不認同你可以這樣過度解釋，小道消息就是小道消息，媒體資訊就是媒體資訊，兩 者有很大的差別。

4.根據過去的案例，只要能提供球員資訊來源，就算可以通過或認可，但如果要以這次案例，明定哪些媒體可以作為可靠資訊來源，我也很贊成，後續看要怎麼處理。
